Tom Steindler is a Director of Exton Advisors. Tom started his career as a litigation finance and legal expenses insurance broker in 2014 and has subsequently been involved in some of the largest and most complex litigation finance transactions globally.
He has advised numerous companies on how best to address financial risk in disputes – from financing a complex claim, unlocking value in awards and portfolios to reducing a potential liability for opponents costs – as well as leveraging his experience in the litigation finance market to act as a consultant to various companies, law firms and funds.
